Our Services

Full Circle Asset Recovery provides surplus and unclaimed fund recovery services, including but not limited to:

• Tax overage recovery
• Mortgage overage recovery
• Bankruptcy claim assistance
• Property redemption services
• Mentorship and financial education

All services are provided on a contingency basis — meaning we only get paid if we recover funds for you. There are no upfront costs or fees.

Client Agreement

Before proceeding with any claim, clients must:

• Enter into a written agreement authorizing Full Circle Asset Recovery to pursue recovery on their behalf
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Cooperate with document requests or signatures necessary to file or complete a claim

Failure to provide required documentation or signatures may result in delay or cancellation of recovery efforts.

Contingency Fee Structure

We work on a contingency basis. Our fee is a pre-agreed percentage of the successfully recovered funds, clearly stated in the service agreement. If no recovery is made, the client owes nothing.

All filing fees, legal costs, research fees, and administrative expenses are covered by us.

No Guarantee of Results

While we are highly experienced and committed to each case, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or recovery amounts. Recovery depends on the availability of funds, court rulings, deadlines, and cooperation from third parties.

Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access or interfere with secure areas
• Submit false or misleading information through forms

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and written material on this site are the intellectual property of Full Circle Asset Recovery LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Circle Asset Recovery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
